Refund policy

At Baby Bloom Co, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and still in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby items (such as feeding accessories, blankets, and personal care products) cannot be returned if opened or used.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
